About 150 businesses and county non-profit organizations will have exhibits at the festival that runs from noon to 5 p.m. The festival will have a family-friendly atmosphere, offering plenty of food, music and exhibits, including the circus act Cirque Du Soleil, which will perform from 3 to 4 p.m.
Other highlights include an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) model home featuring Energy Star appliances and other energy-efficient and environmentally friendly measures.
Novartis Pharmaceuticals is the presenting sponsor for the event, which is also sponsored by the Daily Record.
This is the 14th year for the event that started off as a food festival but branched out to offer several exhibits and music
